NPV-Possible Takeover

NPV-Possible TakeoverIn recent CRE interviews Eric stated that the lithium pricing used in other updated Feasibility Studies has been priced at $1100-$1300 per tonne. If Cre uses $1200 per tonne in the updated FS there will be a significant rise in the NPV from the currently used prcing of $750 per tonne. Also emphasized is the work being done to complete the Phase 2 portion of the FS which will also cause a significant uptick in the NPV. Hopefully they also get going on the drill program increasing the resource in and around Rose and on the other very promising showings on the property. When including all of these catalysts I see no reason why the NPV won't head north of 2 billion.

We are obviously trading at a huge discount to even the present NPV and to peers who are a decade (or if ever) going into production. When the permit (Finally!) gets announced I expect that there will be a feeding frenzy around Rose and the entire company.
