Just look at how it trades...You can see on Ameritrade in US that the last sale was at 1.56... yet folks are lined up trying to buy at 1.59 and sellers offering at 1.63 but no transactions occur becuase, well, you would assume sellers are holding out and buyers would have to come up. But noooooo... it sits like that for hours and some skunks slip in and sell the thing down behind the curtain. So yeah, blame to go around everywhere with this shirtshow!
