RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nice Movement It's aka jibber jabber. The drill will drive the "breakout". There is no "breakout" without the drill. The jibber jabber comes in after the fact to justify what just happened. There is zero predictive value. Neither 39 nor 40 will matter with the right drill results. Nobody needs TA to tell them hey, those results must be good because the stock had a "breakout" to $1.00. Meanwhile, back at the buchaneer lounge. Let's toast her buckin ears.

When you have just an average of about 150,000 shares traded daily out of 214 million shares outstanding for SIC, the price set by the daily trading volume is not representative of the total intrinsic fundamental future value of the 214 million shares outstanding.
The 213,850,000 shares not being traded are being held becauce of their intrinic fundamental future value that holders see as far in excess of a current share price and marginal changes on a current stock market share price influenced by short term perceptions.
With a junior technical charts are only of marginal value based on very very short term swings in invester sentiment.
