Stupid to entertain the thought that once the war ends, things will be back to normal in Europe.
As the war rages Legault is sitting on his hands and doing nothing. NOW is the time to retract the proposed ban on oil and gas production and admit that the world has changed since it was introduced. Every day lost until Quebec starts producing and exporting natural gas will cause more hardships for European energy needs.
