For Q4 2021, net income per share was $2.08 (operating $0.26 and gain on sale $1.82). While $0.26 was lower than Q3 and Q2 it was significantly higher than Q4 2020 which was $0.06.
 
Administrative expenses jumped in Q4 2021 70% over Q4 2020. I assume bonuses etc. But operationally, TSL ended the year very strong.
 
In 2021 steel rebar prices began the year at $4,200 and hit $5,950 in May before ending at $4,550.  So, this volatility didn’t impact TSL meaningfully.
