YES TO SHARE CONSOLIDATION

YES TO SHARE CONSOLIDATIONI voted in favor of the stock consolidation.

Although my only experience in this field is small, although favorable ( with TRQ, that went from 1 to 10$, ( Oct 2020) trading at 25$ last month, before RIO buyout offet, now trading for 38$ and more I expect).

However, each case is unique, and must be analyzed on its own merit.
I support consolidation for two reasons:

1- Hard to believe that this decision was not influenced/evaluated and discussed by the success of BRP. And the input from Bain. BRP (DOO) is mostly owned by large institutional groups (70%) with McCainsy in the lead, especially in the US (89%). Were certain institutions involved in these discussions? If my name was EM, the answer would be easy to give!
As far as the Family is concerned, to ask the question is to answer it!

2- If I have such a large number of BBD shares (too large in fact!) it is because I have full confidence in the EM/BD team. So, as long as they deserve that trust, I'm not going to waste my time trying to micro-manage their decision piecemeal. It's hard enough to identify future opportunities these days. GLTA.
