Analyst and "blast - off " what is the "dilutive cost"?Buying revenue has it's price...

Especially when buying revenue that is more valuable during a "pandemic"

I'm not overly excited buy high end Canadien analyst picks, I've seen this canadien production in health care over the last decade or so....seldomly works out ; - (

Tekmira, PLI, Concordia, etc....
