RE:Who would prefer that VET pay the DIV monthly?

RE:Who would prefer that VET pay the DIV monthly?I would.  When I originally invetsed in VET it paid a monthly dividend and I would like to see it go back to that for sevaral reasons.

It becomes more attractive to those investors that want to use the dividend as an income stream.

It would help prevent the kind of dividend swing trading that occurs quartly with dividend payers like Enbridge.

It would help prevent those large quarterly shareprice swings that are probably responsible for the above swing trading.

I believe it makes the stock slightly more liquid as those who want to trade in or out are not always having to wait for a quarterly ex-div date to buy or sell.

The last reason is because that is how I bought it.  I do understand that the buisiness is dynamic and the that the dividend needed to be cut but since they are in good enough shape to return the dividend why not return it to the way it was intially for us loyal shareholders who have stuck with this company beacuase we knew that global energy diversification would pay off with them?

If there are reasons why keeping it quarterly is more beneficial than monthly I would genuily like to hear those too.  Perhaps it is better.

Either way I would not sell this cash cow if they paid it annually.
