No they have not, they said they will only shut off the gas if the customer fail to pay on their terms after April 1st. The bills are due on April 15th at the earliest. The customers have to pay directly to Gazprom Bank, who will in turn convert the Euros and dollar payments to Rubles and send those to the Russian govt.
