it's funny isn't it. The land value of areas away from Nullangine is probably about $5 mill or so just given the opportunity value of some of their acreage, and maybe another $5 mill for the Nullangine property based on prior value adding my Moy, then there is the mill, but that's only worth about $50 mill as per the price Moys receiver got for it, at least when its value is offset against the environmental bonds for site rehabilitation. So depending on the value you can place on the shares they have in other companies, vs what's owed to uncle Eric, I think it's quite a struggle to see how more than $100 mill value could be possible on Novo at the moment
