It seems pretty speculative to assume these guys have pivoted to any sort of plan when there hasn't been one since the selat was awarded. Continuing more of the same requires very little, whereas consolidating and selling for a reverse merger requires (1) every insider to walk on their investments, and (2) a bloody buyer. They're watching paint dry, getting delay from everyone else involved, and the AGM is delayed. Big whoop.
not all reverse mergers are bad. Yes there is dilution and consolidation of stock but it also brings in a fresh start to a new story. This only happens when the exisiting company "Sonoro" have exhausted all their options and management are tired of funding operations
Look up Tenaz Energy who came in and took over Aleura and did a major financing, completely changed the board and management, consolidated the stock 10 to 1 and the market rewarded them. Right now SNV is a shell with no hope and why trading at ALL TIME LOW of 2 cents
