RE:RE:Are Pentwater and SailingStone in the driver’s seat?Thanks for your detailed analysis Countrygent.  If Pentwater and SailingStone hold out, their approximate 15% combined holdings prevent RIO from attaining 90% (your stated squeeze-out threshold).  Am I correct in assuming that unless they are on board, Rio cannot achieve its 100% ownership goal?  My previous post asked if their average cost of acquired TRQ shares was known.  Surely, after all these years, after Rio's many shenanigans, they would settle for a price less than their cost.  Is my view too simplistic?
