The point of my post was that when people say these things take time, they mean it. I don't quite understand in detail why it takes so long, but it I guess it just does. If anyone has some insight into why exactly it takes a year for anything to progress one step forward that would be appreciated. On one hand though, If it is just a year for things to progress then hey, its been a year since all the "collaborations" started - which we know through the MD&A's were "successfully" completed.
