The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

So he diluted the shares more at 12 cent strike price. And you think that's an endorsement of the stock. It's just scooping more money from the investors. But it's OK but you weren't getting a dividend anyways since they have zero revenue.
