The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

based on the current prices and anticipated financing & listing prices

flyn ( 0,60) - $36m
nevada vanadium ( 0,4) -$20m
batr ( 0,3)*2sh - $48m
mega ( coal) ( ?) - $14m
total: $148m

after all spincos are listed you can expect add. 3x upside.
end 2022 - $500m for total assets
