RE:RE:RE:RE:Ups and DownsI sold my recent purchases today at $1.34, a short time before the big selloff. Not because I don't feel UGE has immense value at this level. It's more that I already have a lot of shares and the ones I purchased recently were more for trading. I'm not selling my core holding.

The financing doesn't bother me as it's largely non-dilutive. I just hope they're able to start moving larger projects through the pipeline and bringing them online. They'll need it to pay for those bonds. Eight percent on $3 million is $240,000 annual expense.

I appreciate management has voluntarily locked up their shares for another three years. That suggests to me that they see significant upside from these levels.

I'm planning to be patient, though I likely won't initiate any trading positions until I figure out where the short-term share price is heading.
