RE:Many small caps

RE:Many small capsGiven that they aren't in the same industry, I find it a bit odd that GSI hit its record high just a little after XBC hit its high last year, and was falling most of the time since, until it hit its bottom of 28 cents the same day XBC hit its bottom (Feb. 24). Since that time, GSI is up 118% compared to XBC up 81%.

BLDP also bottomed on Feb. 24. FCEL and PLUG both bottomed on Jan. 28. Since that time they are up 84% and 81%. Certainly looks like things have turned.
