Acquisition

The recent acquisition has closed. The acquisition adds 660 boe/d to JOY's production, plus a new well from the Acquisition was put Online Apr 1 adding an additional 75 to 100 bbls a day net to JOY. With our 3 new wells due on line soon, Journey production should then be well over 10,000 boe/d,all unhedged. I can smell an 8 handle shortly.
