There was almost certainly a blackout on insiders buying when they were privy to the results of the testing and compiling it for FDA submission. Rob has millions of shares and I doubt he needs to buy any more. Every forum has a clown crying because the insiders haven't been buying when they have more shares at risk...and their jobs..in seeing the company prosper.
