I have to say that I am gong to let this ride for a while yet - maybe re-rate at 12+ - cause everybody keeps adding to their TP almost every month. Also want to see !st Report to firm up gains and see how fast they will be debt low or free (I think Q4 debt very low compared to production - in the BIR catagory debt to CF) But not selling till 12+ even a little..
