Basin Uranium Corp. is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on mineral exploration and development in the green energy sector. The Company has five advanced-stage uranium projects located in the United States, namely the Chord and Wolf Canyon projects in South Dakota, the South Pass and Great Divide Basin projects in Wyoming, and the Wray Mesa project in Utah. It also has the Mann Lake uranium project, located in the world-class Athabasca basin of Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, in addition to the CHG gold project in south-central British Columbia. The Chord property consists of about 147 contiguous lode mining claims (3,037 acres) located in Edgemont, South Dakota. The Wolf Canyon Uranium Project is located in Fall River County, South Dakota. The South Pass Property Uranium Project is located in Fremont and Sublette County, Wyoming, United States. The Great Divide Basin Uranium project is located south and west of Jeffrey City and north and west of Wamsutter, Wyoming.

Wray Mesa acquisition finalized!

Great to see that $NCLR finalized the definitive agreement for the acquisition of the Wray Mesa Project last week!

Comprised of 301 unpatented lode claims totaling 6,219 acres, Wray Mesa is located in a Tier-1 jurisdiction in Utah.

Accessible via Utah State Highway 46 with access to power and water through the town of La Sal
Contiguous to Energy Fuel's fully-permitted and production-ready La Sal project which includes a number of past-producing uranium and vanadium mines
Significant amount of past drilling and exploration identified multiple mineralized zones

The Wray Mesa project is a second significant property in $NCLR's portfolio with the potential to host multiple uranium-vanadium deposits and allows for year-round exploration in a prolific and well-established district. It's a notable acquisition as $NCLR moves from being a pure uranium company to having a solid vanadium asset as well.

The past exploration will additionally help $NCLR efficiently design an exploration program to follow up on a number of the high-grade historic intercepts.
