Given the war in Ukraine combined with the fact  that while PALA has been in charge the trading value of NCU has dropped 90% I think it is interesting to read the PALA Code'

Most important;

HUMAN RIGHTS
- PALA supports the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ( however when has VLAD LORICH  made any such comments re PUTIN  Russia, or the war crimes in Ukraine = never as far as I can find. )

1.-Pala is committed to the highest standards of ethical  and professional conduct!
  -Pala abides by all ....laws.
 - Pala frequently goes beyond them (the law)

2. -Pala has expertise in assessing and managing risks
   - working with and supporting management teams
  -  business integrity is a key factor

3. -Pala employees may serve on the boards of its investee companies
   -Pala employees who work with investee companies as advisors  are expected to make 'IMPARTIAL  RECOMMENDATIONS" 

 4. Bribes - Pala does not pay ( however there is no comment re accepting bribes )
    -employees can offer or accept low value gifts and hospitality

CLEARLY  the code is simply window dressing as VLAD  as the owner of PALA  has orchestrated things such that he has gained financial advantage over the Retail Shareholders in various interesting transactions.

NCU  effectively  controlled by current PALA employee  directors ( #4, EVE, Southwell) & former PALA employee Brown( who certainly doesnt look independent!!)
The 3 independent directors are T Albanese, E Nutter, and Lucio Genovese
Also note that Randy Buffington the president & CEO is not on the BOARD.

Certainly makes one very suspicious that VLAD wants to hold tight controls on the BOARD

Is it not time to help VLAD  head back to Russia or more importantly to get involved in humanitarian  assistance in UKRAINE.

VLAD it is clear that the vast majority dont TRUST YOU.

Time  for VLAD aka PALA to sell and donate 80% of their  proceeds to the RED CROSS!
