The shell is the worst case scenario that in the worst case - we are seat on something who worth min .08 per share

Now as January 25th 2022 TVC is seat in 7m usd cash or 9.1 m cdn or .08 cash per shares;
I remind you that a shell with cash worth 2X cash in or around .16 per shares not including other asset and the value of the deficit accumulated;
cI see many posts about assets and liabilities. Remember it was only a name change from Sprott Resource Holdings or SRHI (name after Sprott exited) to Three Valley Copper to emphasize its main asset. Sprott Resource, was set up by Sprott Inc as a M&A focusing on small commodity companies. They still own a share of an iron ore asset and I believe have 1 payment coming for the sale of Beretta Farms. The last bought deal raised funds at the corporate level to be used on the mine or MTV which TVC has 95.1% ownership. In many presentations they have stated TVC is not responsible for MTV's liabilities.

Debate is not closed You keep talking about TVC the shell So am I. TVC has its own liabilities, completely separate from MTV Like I said, you are being purposfully misleading
I also think a deal will be made. And I'm really not trying to be rude here But where are you getting 0.08 from? Tvc does not have the cash to cover its liabilities for longer than 6 months. TVC liabilities. They are obligated to report their liabilities, It's right in their Financials... we can all see it. TVC liabilities, not MTV liabilities. And it's a lot more than that 7 million they will get. Worst case scenario is more like 0.02 You're basically saying this company failing will net a 25% profit. That is just so wrong
