How big is the copper sedimentary area in NE Colombia - Cesa Colombia was called "Elephant" country for Oil and Gas when I was trading stocks of Triton Energy, Harken Energy, Grand Tierra Energy and Canacol Energy.
Will Max Resources prove the NE Colombia as Copper Elephant country? The only way to prove is drill, drill and drill.
Sedimentary aeas are vast - Examples - From Poland, Germany to England. In Africa it is from Western part of Uganda, Congo to Zambia.
I believe copper extends from Venezuela to Colombia.
Following is what I stated in April -2021 posting here.
The Cesar area is a valley - mountain ranges on the west it is called "Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta" and on the east is called "Serrana del Perij".
1. Four areas in Cesar North ( 60Km length) is showing Copper and silver. This is along Eastern side. Probably extends from west part of Venezuela.
2. Middle in the valley is indicating presence of both CU and Ag by oil drills core analysis and therefore the company expanded the land area to about 180 Km.
Max is calling it Cesar West. The area extends from the valley to the western mountains which is more volcanic than the eastern mountain range.
It very probable that Max will find Cu-Ag on the western area since most of the sedimentary deposits are big areas.
Imagine mine extending East-West 20 to 30 Km ! You can think of 4 mines on the East and another 4 on the West. Mirror Image.
Max should add extra resources to explore Cesar west. This will be game changer for Max.
( Note MAX does not have any land holding on the west side so far)
3. In the South East the area is called Cesar South ( 340 SQ.KM) and where both copper and silver are present.
Max probably acquired this area because of 2015 report of 1.45% Copper in La Quinta Formation in Western Venezuela.
There are lot of oil drills cores in this area. Max should report XRF readings and core length which has copper and silver.
There is no need for Max to hide results. Show the results good, bad or ugly.
( Where are the results of 20 to 30 oil drillings cores - thickness and XRF readings? )
The most point to remember is there must copper on the WEST side along "Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta".
Here are additional information of copper mines in Venezuela.
Please read about Aroa mine which is almost the same latitude as Cesars area. The copper mine operated from 1605 to 1936. Operated for more than 300 years !!.
The Aroa copper deposits are located in the Bolivar Iron Quadrilateral mining district.[1] They are 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) east of the village of Aroa in the state of Yaracuy,
about 220 kilometres (140 mi) west of Caracas and 83 kilometres (52 mi) from San Felipe, Yaracuy. The mines are in rugged country about 600 metres (2,000 ft)
above sea level on the northern side of the Andes, which run from east to west.
Here is old information from USGS.Have a look at the map at https://thediggings.com/col/map.
Map of Colombia and Venezuela shows where there is copper occurances.
View the map using Topography button checked instead of Simple or Satelite.
MAX claims to have discovered 3 areas in Ceaser are where thet found copper using thier proprietory methods but as per USGS these areas were already known to have copper.
So there is nothing proprietory methods that MAX have used. The areas were already well known areas.
The locations were called
1) Barrancas
2) Molino
3) San Diego on the EAST side
There is also copper on the WEST side (Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta).
The copper finding is called Camperucho.
In summary it seems there may be copper on both sides of the mountain ranges.
Elephant ?
Drill, drill and DRILL ASAP.
Does MAX have any timeline for getting portable drill? When does the drilling start?
Where are the results of 20 to 30 oil drillings cores - thickness and XRF readings for copper?
It has been more than one year and NO RESULTS. Just one slide in the company presentation.
This is not acceptable. Individual investors need complete results.
