Of course the regulators should act to suspend any disposal of assets.

The coming class action will excite the court into action and force the regulators to do their jobs.

As for the BoD, they will be named in the suit. If they are insured, they are not personally liable. However, the strong likihood that there was fraud, including the strong possibility that the geological results were "salted".

Bre-X happened but one one has learned anything from that fiasco.
