They've been saying TA is a steal since 2015. So it's an ongoing battle for this company to recover fully. They've been thru a lot of changes....struggling with the brutal environmental issues imposed on them. and I'm sure eventually it will go higher. It better. I bought in 2012 at $23 and I'm still waiting to break even
