It is better making some noise and putting some pressure on mgmt to do better than it is to sing praises and let them become even more fat and complacent off DSUs and salaries.

This round I'd vote off all the directors as a warning shot and then put Phil in the crosshairs as the next one to go.

What do we want? A DEAL! When do we want it? NOW!
