Why is it so low then ? Been in the dumps then all of a sudden it jumps from 5 cents to 30......that because price of oil sky rocketed over the last 4 months ? they dont plan on drilling any new wells from what i heard but im really hoping that will change. I'd like to see 2-3 wells drilled this year.
