I suspect Seabridge made sure these companies couldn't take the geological data and knowledge they were able to garner under the auspices of the confidentiality agreement and use it as the basis to buy out a neighbor like treaty creek.
Once Seabridge sells KSM as many as 5 of the biggest blue chip miners in the world should be free to use the knowledge they have acquired from monitoring the KSM property as the basis for a possible bid on treaty creek...
And like i said in a previous post newmont for one could be in position to take out amk and teuton for a good dollar with an almost negligible amount of scrip...
