PR, Lights out..

Anyone else see the huge fire at the 990 MW power plant Costa Sur in Puerto Rico last night? Hundreds of thousands without power, AGAIN. I really wish someone, some company had a solution to this continual problem plaguing PR! Can anyone think of a cleaner, cheaper, more reliable source of energy for PR? That company surely exists...
