Goldshore closes PP for $10M!

Goldshore closes PP for $10M!If you missed it, $GSHR announced the closing of its private placement for proceeds of $10M. Goldshore has been great with raising capital as the company has raised nearly $50M since the inception of the transaction with Wesdome Gold Mines in January 2021.

Goldshore will use these funds for future exploration work at Moss Lake. CEO, Brett Richards mentioned that the new funds will allow $GSHR to complete its resource estimation update and preliminary economic update by Q1 2023.

Looking forward to seeing some more updates from $GSHR, tons of potential at Moss Lake.
