TSA checkpoint travel numbers 2022 trend v 2019

TSA checkpoint travel numbers 2022 trend v 2019I couldn't find anything on this so I thought I would create my own chart.

This chart shows a "Rolling 14 day average" comparing 2019 (pre-covid) versus 2022...

My hope is this would trend the "normal" flux in checkpoint data to see if the last 4 weeks in 2022 show "destruction" or normal flex.

What I see is while 2022 is below 2019...you will see the last few weeks 2022 was flat versus 2019 when it declined due to seasonailty.

Interesting but I don't see a greater decline in 2022 (based on high prices)..
