Not sure if you folks know how hard it is to get talented people right now or last year in the middle of a Pandemic.  Alot retired, would be one reason. So again good job Rob, you the man. One note to the bashers aka shorters why in the world would Ian join THRM if he did not like our stuff and our  potential. He could pick any company and they would jump to have him on the payrolll.  GL
