and don't forget when we go back to pre-covid commercial flying, new planes will be needed to fill the demand since a lot of older planes were retired. There will be so much work coming from Boeing. 
Boeing also needs to make up for the Bombardier fiasco and show that they  have learned their lesson and will play nice in the hope for future govt contracts. Airbus is also setting up shop nearby and hopefully Avcorp can get some work from them as well. Hope for a buck.
