Which then stongly points to the fact they aren't going to have a deal before "sell in May" and this turd will probably be at the same level until Fall or longer.  At what point do the more institutional investors and larger shareholders start getting restless and tired of Howard's BS and finally vote his dumb arrogant a$$ out of the CEO chair?

by the way, you can't "vote out" a ceo. only board members are being elected and - in very seldom cases - not elected anymore (but never being voted out). But I agree that corporate governance is definitely not one of Sirona's strengths
