RE:RE:Buyout probability...I see this whole industry rerating their valuations almost every day . Second will go to 10.00 or 12.00 $ and oil will go  to 150.00 $ .... Phil knows this too and anyone buying anything in Alberta is going to have to pay . This is crazy ... Bring the Action !!
