I did not lose too much other than a ticket to Nirvana. Well, it turns out that Crew is a better ticket and things have changed very much since then . There is still time b4 2024. And financining or credit lines can always be had if there is sufficient PDP in the ground. At worst, the lender may insist that a hefty percentage be hedged. That is the risk !! OTOH the potential rewards are still very great.
