Generation Mining Limited is a Canada-based exploration and development company. in addition, if the debt financing was with a bank, the bank would determine the amount of the equity financing, proportional to the amount of the debt

kerry was "uncomfortable" (for lack of a better term) with the equity portion, again stating that the current sp was too low

hopefully in due course the sp will be where he likes it
