Yes, now I understand ... I presumed Apple would paid the cost as part of the settlement.

It's the settlement with Apple. Net proceeds around $75M from the deal which will be included in Q1.

Net proceeds would be after all costs have been paid, so would be close to effect on EBITDA than on revenues and would represent the cash they got.
