RE:RE:RE:RE:Gold, the Ruble and Natural GasI was the one who raised that treaty east potentiality.... I was talking through my hat. The basis for raising it was that it was located at a much lower elevation near the treaty creek valley... whether a tailings pond could be constructed there I wouldn't even have a clue. The maps indicate there is a valley on the opposite side of the goldstorm mountain. Again I know nothing about the potentiality for siting a mill there. Environmental issues are serious challenges for all the miners.
Seabridge is building a power line and road to their mill site and is also building a road to the calm before the storm site to prove to the authorities that they are meeting the time considerations on their environmental permit...
Otherwise we need the release of the preliminary economic assessment to determine where tudor is planning to situate a mill - if the need for one is confirmed
My current concern is with getting a handle on the acquisition of real estate parcel adjoining or proximate to the old granduc millsite. I'm sure they would have had a tailings pond there....and as bob quartermain said at one of the mining shows it would be much easier to develop the high grade open pit potential near vok once the underground mine was established.. The environmental permitting for an open pit would be much easier if the area was already being mined...
