Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Congratulations on the retirement! This stock is coming alive lately. I have been quick to buy and slow to sell in the past so I thought I better take some of the chips off the table. Sold half my position today for a 50% gain. I'll save a bit for the taxman:) Let's see how the next few quarters go - especially w debt paydown amd dividend increases. Another 10-20% sp appreciation may be coming in the near future. GLTA
