RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When are folks cutting SDE back?// Fauxtomato check for messFaux... It is NEVER to early to take a good profit. Good for you. You can always re-enter SDE whenever you see it as being right for you. I sold lots of SDE at 8.25 at the beginning of Feb. (at a double from last March at 4); then bought back in the high 7's before the war two weeks later; then sold a bunch in the 9.50 range; then bought back some at low's 8 when the Oligarch thing was happening. I AM NOT A TRADER. BUT I have had to become way more nimble in the last 3 months then I have in the last 20 years. In the end, my SDE postion is now higher than the end of January. Even with all that trading. BUT the reason why (inflation and oil/NG prices) my holding so much has changed since the end of January. My risk/reward is NOT the same as it was in January. Everything has changed. Anyhow, sorry for the Saturday AM rant - but the world I invested in changed at the end of January. Never to return I am thinking. I have to evolve - and so do my holdings. For example, I bought U.UN when I pivoted out of some AAV. Me - ya - a Uranium guy.... LOL.... but is has tracked NG/OIL very well since September. My point: don't be afriad to sell - make a profit - so that you have margin - Time and $$$ - to pivot. The most difficult thing - not the $$ - but to make the pivot. GLTA TD12
