I've been wondering why Dino bought real estate in an area that could house a mill site. Is it possible that tudor is looking at potential mill sites locations..Is it possible the cost of getting an environmentally permissible mill site is an extortionate one. I sure hope tudor can situate one on the treaty creek claims...
I notice that the area to be served by the real estate includes staging for future exploration of Four J's, Tennyson, Pearson, etc.
Immediately to the north of those claims is the Crown properties. Every time Dino takes another million shares of Tudor, he will be getting another 258,000 shares in the Tudor spinout. So he will have a stake in all of the former Teuton properties optioned to Tudor incuding Orion, Fairweather, High North, Delta, and the other properties acquired by Tudor to complete the Crown package.
If the staging/mill site real estate can be used to service the Teuton properties to the south of Crown, it might also be useful for future exploration of the old Teuton claims that are now included in the Crown properties as well.
