Have a look at article on mining.com (Kinross to post first resource for Great Bear in 2022,with PFS to follow). They are saying Kinross is targeting high grade (3-4 grams per tonne) initial open pit with 10,000 to 15,000 tonne per day mill,which could then transition to a bulk-tonnage underground operation. Maybe Kinross doesn't need PGM mill or work force at this moment.
