$300 mil Short Form Shelf Prospectus

This is just a shelf prospectus fir $300,000,0000. That means they have it in their back pocket should market conditions etc. be favourable or they have a desperate need etc. I do not believe they have immediate plans for an issue. Sedar website was down yesterday but is up-to-date and if anyone wants to look at the 22 pages it's there along with all kinds of other recent filings including the management proxy.
