No. Will there be dumping? 1000%  Management's failure to perform and their uncanny ability to continue to dilute shareholders has created a black hole that will be nearly impossible to escape. 

THAT'S WHY WE'RE AT 12 CENTS.

I don't know who needs to hear this but PRICE IS TRUTH. No amount of hopium or copium in the world is going to change the fact that this stock is down 90% with tonnes of paper looking for an opportunity to bail.
