Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I would imagine that with interest rates creeping higher on his margin account and now further delays to trial completion, things are getting desperate for Tom. The carrying costs for his EDT holdings must be incredible. No wonder he is going crazy. It is really sad.
