Thanks It is in my opinion that Global Hemp Group $GHG is in violation of not reporting material news in a timely fashion if it is not reported by end of day. I believe there is a 10 day rule to report this type of news. The 664 acre land purchase was to be completed no later than April 1st or forfeit $200k of a non refundable down payment. Not updating shareholders if $200k has been lost needs to be reported not to mention if the land has been transferred. Is this correct?
