I don't understand why Robert Alger who headed Lane Construction for 19 years and worked for Lane for 41 years, cannot turn these LSTKs into a profit. Why does he not prepare top notch clear files and file those claims to the dispute adjudication / resolution board (DAB) for a rapid resolution, and avoid judicializing them.

The KEY as I told a Court last Thursday (as expert) on behalf of the largest engineering firm, is for a Contractor to have, for EVRY impacted activity, a very detailed documentation of the execution procedures and associated budgets that were projected before the claim and the same after the claim so as to demonstrate the financial impact of the unforseen event.
