RE:RE:RE:The industry is bad across the boardLast thing to do here is panic sell. Look at DR, which I own and recall reading some concerned posts about selling during a brief dip in November. Look at it now, roaring back to annual highs with divy increases. Stay the course here, travel is coming back, albeit with bumps along the way.

Rising interest rates maybe? I think our improving top line should counter that without too much problem. Despite rising gasoline prices, it looks like travel is going to explode this summer, and our hotels servicing the Permian oil country in west Texas will have a stellar year.

I was cautious a few months ago, but things have improved a heck of a lot since then.
